Description

Antique Waltham pocket watch, 1929.

The watch has a grade 610 7-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The patterned movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 27,009,993 which dates it back to 1929. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Star model by the Dennison Watch Case Company. Dennisons made most of the cases for Watham UK. The case is in lovely condition and the engine turned detail to the back of the watch is still nice and crisp.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.

The dial on this watch is absolutely stunning, and in beautiful condition. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
