A stunning Jewellery box dating to the early twentieth century with a wonderful and unusual shape and standing on four long cabriole legs.

The lid fits well and lifts to reveals the original fully fitted interior lined with navy blue silk and velvet. The rear section is fitted to accommodate five rings.

Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1919 together with the makers initials D&F in conjoined circles, for the renowned silversmith Deakin & Francis.

Excellent condition measuring 4" x 2 7/8" x 2" tall.
