Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the 1920s.
There are attractive brass drop handles the drawer and a brass thread escutcheon to the fall front which locks and comes with a working key. To the interior are five shaped pigeon holes. In a Queen Anne revival design, it is a good quality piece and a small size that would grace any room.

Good condition with good colour and patina, solid and sturdy. Some small chips to the veneers in places. The fall is a little stiff to open.
