Outstanding Oversize Omega 18ct gold plated gents wristwatch c1960.

The watch has a high quality calibre 283 17 jewel movement and as you can see it is in fabulous like new condition.
The watch comes in a new red presentation box to keep it in perfect condition.
The watch is supplied with a new high quality black patent leather strap.
As you would expect from Omega the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement case and crown.
The heavy 18ct 80 micron gold plating is in amazing tip top condition showing no signs of wear at all.
It has a rare two tone dial and a beautifully shaped case with bombe lugs.
The perfect two tone dial is quite stunning and reflects the light beautifully.
Omega are one of the most exclusive watchmakers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance that whispers class.
The watch case measures 36mm in diameter not including the crown.
Overall this watch is in outstanding almost mint condition, it looks as if it was rarely worn.
The watch has just been fully overhauled and serviced by the highly respected Omega and Rolex Authorised Agent Robert Reeves. It has been fully authenticated and found to be a genuine Omega in all respects. This watch has been fully and professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous
The watch is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers original parts. every part is then throughly cleaned in a 3 stage ultasonic cleaning process.
The watch movement is then fully assembled using manufacturer approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The watch movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. the cases are polished and the watch sealed, in the case of waterproof watches a full waterproof presure test is carried out to manufacturers specification.
Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give reliable and dependable service and will not require any further attention for many years.
The watch movement comes with a full 1 year warranty and comes with its service paperwork detailing all of the work carried out, it would make a perfect Christmas gift.
This serial number on the movement dates this watch to about 1960.
