Oval Dressing Mirror With Barley Twist Supports - Victorian - c1860

A gorgeous example of a Victorian Dressing Mirror.

This mid-sized piece is in great order throughout and benefits from a jewellery drawer with full width flap lid. Original bronze hinge fittings are all fully functioning.

The mahogany frame is in good order and benefits from superb barley twist support pillars capped with attractive finials.

The piece sits over a continuous plinth. The mirror plate is in good original order with a very small amount of spot foxing resulting in a mirror glass with character that is still perfectly suitable for daily use.

Overall a nicely proportioned, attractive, clean mirror in good order.
