Flame Mahogany Dressing Mirror - Victorian - c1860

A gorgeous example of a Victorian Dressing Mirror.

This large-sized piece is in great order throughout and benefits from a jewellery drawer with full width flap lid. Original bronze hinge fittings are all fully functioning.

The mahogany frame displays the fine flaming grain wonderfully and benefits from superb hand carved detailing.

The piece sits over carved feet. The mirror plate is in good order.

Overall a nicely proportioned, well carved, clean mirror in good order. A very stylish interpretation of the type.
