A highly decorative large plaster corbel (or bracket), probably French, decorated with grapes and vine leaves, with a shield shaped gilt armorial inscribed S.A., probably originally used as a stand for a plaster sculpture of a Saint in a church.
Condition:
In completely original, unrestored condition with some localised losses to paint.
