~~ Excellent condition, fully overhauled ~~
She is beautifully sculptured in patinated metal, varyingly coloured to heighten her flowing dress. The clock is mounted in geometric case of specimen marbles, orange and pink with a contrasting panel of dark green.

The dial is porcelain enamel on copper with finely fretted and pieced gilt hands.
The French movement is of high quality and is in excellent clean and running condition having been fully overhauled by our clockmaker. It is a traditional 'Pendule de Paris' movement with a pendulum. Pendulum is an old replacement. It runs for 8 days and strikes the hours and halves on a bell. We have a video of the clock running, please ask and we will send you a link.

Condition of the case is excellent, the marble has a good polish and has some small nibbles to the edges and a few light scratches. The young woman has her original patina which is in lovely condition with just a couple of marks and scratches and slight wear on the high spots. The gilt metal feet of the clock have some wear.

Complete with pendulum, bell and a suitable key. Full setting up instructions supplied if required.
