The central inlaid and painted panel depicting lovers dancing with a seated monk in the background. Set in this wonderfully Fine marquetry inlaid boarder of mythical lions, mask, urns, cherubs and flowers.

Raised on a wonderful triform pedestal base with classical inlaid decoration.
