This exceptional ''Balloon Clock'' is perhaps the very best we have had from all the French clockmakers in our 43years of clock dealing and repairing. The dial has an ''engine turned'' rippled engraved center, fine Roman numerals with Moon style hands, The case stands proud and is beautifully shaped with a sweep backwards as well as both sides. The case is constructed mainly from Mahogany but also has inlays of Boxwood and Ebony. A fine shell inlay in the classic Sheraton style decorated the front panel.
