We are delighted to offer this wonderful vintage 9K cameo ring made in Birmingham, England, c1980.

The ring features a dark blue agate cameo that is mounted in a solid 9K gold setting.

The central figurehead presents a very fine and beautiful face of a young maiden with intricate details to each element and fine layers of contrasting depth from the face, hair and to the flower.

Such cameos with this degree of intricacy are made with an ultrasonic carving process which not only allows for a relatively low cost for the amount of fine detail one benefits but also allows for a 'perfect' and clean finish of the portrait that is almost life-like.

This ring particularly features an attractive and elegant figurehead and would make for a splendid gift to a lucky individual or as an indulgent treat for oneself.

The ring is fully hallmarked in the inner shank with English gold marks "375" signifying 9K solid gold.

All of our rings come with a complimentary hard shell gift box with a velvet interior.
