George III Oak Dresser and Rack

Description

A good quality Georgian oak Welsh dresser and rack. Having an original rack with original extra wide back boards. The base with an arrangement of three top drawers and three drawers to the centre, flanked by two shaped fielded cupboard doors with a shelved interior. Raised on bracket feet with pine panelled sides.

A particularly good colour and surface for a dresser of this period.

The dresser has an interesting locking system to the three central drawers,which is accessed inside the right cupboard.

Retaining its original handles,locks and working key this dresser and rack is in great condition.
