Pierre Eugène Cambier was a French artist born in 1914 and died in 2001. He was a draftsman, painter and watercolourist. He brilliantly captured French cityscapes, waterways and landscapes in his watercolors. Cambier began exhibiting his works publicly at the Salon des Indépendants in Paris in 1948.
Cambier continued to work and paint in Paris, where he also taught drawing and illustration to budding artists. His masterful exhibition of light, color and Parisian architecture continues to attract collectors to this day. His works are exhibited in collections around the world.
