George III Antique Oak Mule Chest

A neatly proportioned George III antique oak mule chest. The antique mule chest has a hinged lid that opens to reveal a spacious interior, with a candle box compartment to the left hand side. The Georgian mule chest has two fitted drawers to the front, each fitted with brass drop handles. Raised on bracket feet. A neatly proportioned example.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, stains, splits and shrinkage to the top (pictured), further marks and scratches to the sides and front. There are also minor losses to the drawers beading, however this doesn’t affect the overall integrity of the product. The antique oak mule chest remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Overall, a neat example of its kind.
