This bureaux sits upon bracket feet and benefits from a four drawer configuration.
Additionally their is a centrally located small locking door.
The writing surface is in good order and is refreshingly unleathered. The mahogany grain and colour is displayed well throughout the piece.
This is a very good Georgian bureaux that is in nice order throughout. A pleasing piece of functional furniture that looks nice and performs handsomely. The front flap has a slight distortion which results in not shutting utterly flush - we mention this merely for accuracy as it does not affect the piece and adds to the character.
