Antique English Barrel Back Armchair

1900 - 1920
Description

An excellent English barrel back armchair with curved and finely ribbed back and loose buttoned cushion. This antique chair stands on square tapering legs which terminate in brass feet and castors.

The chair is in good overall condition with sound frame. There is a very minor historic repair to one rear leg, (see photo) this has been well done and does not affect the stability of the chair. The upholstery is also in good, usable condition. We could arrange for this to be recovered if required.
