Collinge Antiques has dated this piece to the 1800s.
Three good sized drawers, the fronts with cockbeaded and mahogany crossbanded edges and retaining the original brass swan neck handles. Note the inlaid mahogany panels with boxwood and ebony strung borders either side of the drawers and the mahogany crossbanded bottom edge to the apron, continuing across the legs and sides. Raised on tapering square legs, also with inlaid ebony stringing to the front and spade block feet. Oak drawer sides. Some old marks to the top, otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
