A good quality George IV mahogany framed bergere armchair having a hand dyed black leather drop in seat. The bow shaped back and sides retain the original woven cane which remarkably has no damage. The scrolling and moulded arms with leather armrests and brass studded detail. The chair stands on very good fluted legs with brass cup casters and out swept back legs. Condition- Very good and comfortable with reupholstered cushion and armrests. Dimensions:- Height…40’’/ 101.5cm. Width…27’’/ 68.5cm. Depth…27’’/ 68.5cm. Seat Height…20’’/ 51cm.
