An Unusual, Hinged Silver Double Stamp Case

1900 - 1920
Description

An unusual and most attractive silver double stamp case. This interesting and collectable piece, has a rectangular body with an attaching ring to the corner, for a fob chain or chatelaine. The side is hinged and the interior is fully gilded and divided into twin compartments, with a central grip panel to secure the stamps. A lovely and unusual example. Dimensions below.
