This set of six mahogany dining chairs are a splendid example of Victorian craftsmanship. The set consists of four plus two matching lovely carvers.
The chairs are solid throughout the set and in great condition.
We love the interlaced carving detailing incorporated into the back-splats and the interesting sweep of the arms on the carvers. The carving to the upper front leg and the detailing to the front rail show the quality of the craftsmanship.
The set is upholstered in a needlepoint tapestry material and all the seat pads are in very good order.
Overall these chairs represent a terrific opportunity to own a stylish set of antique chairs that will serve perfectly for the next 150 years
