Lincoln Restorations has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
This Lovely mirror features a fully working adjustable tilt mirror with beautifully shaped and scrolled

mirror supports hugging the mirror. Either side of the supports are solid brass turn screws which lock the mirror in tilt and work perfectly. Below the mirror is a nicely shaped lower rail and the whole thing stands on beautifully shaped feet. The mirror glass is in great condition with only a couple of very minor pitting marks to the silvering. The mirror glass frame is a lovely curved cross banded Mahogany which contrasts the otherwise squared edges. This mirror has obviously really been cherished and cared for all of its life as the condition is some of the best we have seen, the original French polished finish is complemented by the idyllic lightly faded original mahogany colour with patina. We have sympathetically restored this mirror by carefully waxing the original finish to preserve this item for many years to come and to give a lustrous shine the polish.

Please note: this item is in very good condition for its age but will have the odd blemish. However, we feel that adds to the charm of the item so we have left it untouched and original
