Lovely Pair of Large Single French Brass Beds

Description

Lovely pair of meter wide French simple large single all brass beds c 1900 The beds have been restored with all joints checked and cleaned and polished light to preserve natural patina of age.. Slightly larger than standard double affording very comfortable single sleeping. Suitable for 100cm x 190 cm mattress size. We can supply mattresses in all comfort choices at this size and can supply with zips if beds would benefit from the flexibility of being joined for large super king size.

Height to top of knob head end 130m

Height to top of knob foot end 90cm

Side rail height 22.5cm

Overall width 100cm

Overall length 206cm

Price includes wood slats.(sorry not mattresses)

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases 2" or 4" deep to raise the get into bed height and give an even support to the mattress . We can also supply handmade mattresses at this size. Please see our own web site bases and mattresses section for prices and specifications or e mail for details.

National and international delivery can be arranged with one of our reliable couriers. Please send postcode for quotation.

Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 25 years.

We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.

Workshop/store open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
