19th Century Mahogany Writing Table

Description

A splendid late 19th century mahogany writing table. With a pair of drawers, fitted with their original charming solid brass handles. The drawer fronts and side panels are cross banded. The top is fitted with a sumptuous black leather writing surface replete with gilt tooling to the surrounds. All standing on elegant turned and reeded legs united by under-stretchers. Finished to the rear so could be free-standing within a room if desired. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
