This is a really interesting item.

Circa 1900 silver plated Champagne holder/pourer.

It fits over the neck of the bottle and clips under the base.

Plate marks for Martin Hall & Co.

Family crest to the neck and to the handle.

Crisp decoration to the handle and the neck ring.

No wear to the plate.
