Description

A French Louis XVI Style mahogany Vernis Martin cabinet. Having a serpentine rouge marble top above a scrolling ormolu frieze, with a central tablet depicting cherubs at play. The twin glazed doors each with hand painted Vernis Martin panels depicting courting couples, opening to reveal a velvet lined and shelved interior. The serpentine glazed ends having further Vernis Martin panels and finely cast ormolu mounts throughout. French Circa 1890-1900

Dimensions: 46" wide x 62" high x 16" deep
