Rosewood Wellington Chest C.1880

Description

Splendid late 19th.c. rosewood Wellington chest c.1880. Just 26" wide. Seven drawers (internal dimensions 18½" x 12" x 4¾") held closed with the hinged and lockable right hand pilaster. Highly figured rosewood veneers, particularly nice on the drawer fronts which also all retain the original turned knobs. Mahogany drawer linings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
