This is a small antique display dome. An English, glass taxidermy specimen or decorative collectible showcase, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1890.

Pleasingly petite, with a bright appearance to showcase smaller items

Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good original order

Quality glass dome offers bright optics and in great condition throughout

Raised upon an ebonised pine base with a crimson velvet display baize

Internal diameter of 21.5cm (8.5") and display height of 48cm (19")

Ideal for smaller sized taxidermy studies, or fine ornaments

This is a charming antique display dome ideally suited for smaller decorative items. Presenting superb, clear and bright glass. Delivered polished and ready for the collector.
