A rare Scottish silver milk jug made in Edinburgh in 1815 by George McHattie. It has a full set of hallmarks under the rim as well as a family crest just above the gadrooned bottom. It is in excellent undamaged condition with no repairs. A beautiful solid piece of silver, collectable and very useable.
