Description

A lovely solid gold antique watch fob which could happily be worn around the neck as a pendant. The rosy gold fob contains a large pale heather-coloured natural amethyst, with three large flat facets and additional decorative faceting between and wrapping around the sides. The amethyst spins nicely on its axis, perfect for fidgety fingers!

Hallmarked on one side for Birmingham nine-carat gold, 1915.

The piece is in very good antique condition with light abrasion to the amethyst edges - normal surface wear for its age.

Size: Each seal face measures approximately 1.7 x 1.4cm; the whole fob is approx 2.8 x 3.5cm.
