Description

A fantastic and rare necklace of glittering faceted natural citrines in a coveted madeira or sherry colour. The hand-cut gemstones are individually knotted with orange silk and interspersed with tiny rock crystal spacers. The piece secures with a fabulous clasp in solid silver set with a large carved citrine cabochon, which can be worn at the back, centre stage at the front or off centre for a stylish look.

Marked STERLING on the clasp tongue.

In excellent vintage condition. The clasp is nice and secure and we've found no chips or cracks in the beads; one tiny spacer bead is missing but you'd be hard pressed to spot it.

Length: approx 17.5 inches.

Size: The citrines vary in size but on average are just under 1cm diameter. The clasp is 3 x 2cm.
