Good Art Nouveau Silver Plated Coffee Set

1900 - 1920
Description

An unusual silver plated coffee set in the Art Nouveau style. Marked for the Community Plate company and dating to c1900. Of elegant and slightly 'flat' form and decorated with floral swags with a central monogram of the letter 'P'. Of exceptionally high quality.

The condition is very good overall with no dents or splits. The interiors are reasonably clean. The plating is in very good order but with one small stripe of plate wear to the lid of the sugar bowl.

Weight approx 1.5kg.

Coffee pot - height approx 29cm. Span approx 25cm. Depth approx 9cm

Milk Jug - height approx 16.5cm

Sugar Bowl - height approx 15.5cm
