A Continental novelty porcelain dish, late 19th /early 20th century, the shell shaped dish mounted with two frogs, one extracting a tooth from the mouth of the other.
 
From a rare series of novelty frog dishes which were possibly originially fairings, although they are very nicely modelled.
 
In excellent condition.
