Attractive Carved Caned King Size Bed

Description

Attractive carved aged painted edge caned/ bergere French king size bed. This lovely bed had fluted posts and carved frame. . Original side rails have been extended to take a standard king size 150 cm x 200 cm mattress size. The frame has been cleaned and waxed, cane in good condition, with evidence of very small cane repair in head board. Cane has also been cleaned and waxed.

Foot height 85.5cm to top of knob

Side rail height 28cm

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattresses)

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses. Photo taken with 2"/5cm base and 10"/25cm mattress.Details are available on our own web site under Bases and mattresses or e mail us for specifications and price list.
