19th Century Antique Pine Dresser

An attractive 19th century antique pine dresser. The 19th century pine dresser has a rack back top with three fitted shelves and a moulded cornice. The antique dresser base is composed of two short drawers over an open centre flanked by two blind cupboard doors. The cupboard doors open to reveal neat single shelf interiors. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax. Comes apart in two sections for ease of transport.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and splits to the sides (pictured), further marks and scratches to the front, surface top and shelves (pictured). There is evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique pine dresser remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax. Overall, a good example of its kind.
