Brass Mounted Walnut Wine Table C.1880

Description

Very elegant brass mounted walnut wide table c.1880. 21" diameter top, quarter veneered with a slightly raised border, moulded and crossbanded with a brass edge moulding. Moulded apron below with a slim drawer in the front. On fluted uprights over a useful stretcher shelf, also veneered to match and with a pierced brass gallery to the back edge. Slim cabriole legs joined with brass mounts to the feet. Some old wear, otherwise good condition with particularly good colour. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
