Description

A fine quality, large and very attractive Sheraton revival satinwood and mahogany inlaid bijouterie or display table. The cabinet is inlaid throughout having satinwood banding between boxwood and ebony stringing with boxwood wheat ear inlay against an ebony background and Sheraton patrea to each corner. The lift-up hinged top with quality brass stays and opens via 2 brass locks with key to access the red velvet lined interior. The glass sides offer very good viewing to the contents and offers a generous display area for a more substantial collection. The top sits on a strong base having square tapering and inlaid legs with good quality brass square cup casters. Condition- Fine throughout with working locks & key.
