Set 6 Lancashire Spindle Back Rush Seat Chairs Circa 1800

Description

Good set of six elm Lancashire spindle back chairs with rush seats and raised on turned pad foot front legs united with a well turned stretcher. Square back legs and plain pole side and back stretchers. Chairs come with well made removable squabs.All in fine original condition with rush in great condition and all are solid and firm. All ready for use. Lovely deep golden colour with great waxed patina.

Size; 38" high, 19" wide, 17" deep. Seat height 18".
