The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1960s.
The watch has a Swiss 21-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. There are a couple of empty screw holes within the movement, these are for retaining screws but, in this instance, the movement is designed to be held in position by the retaining ring so the screws are not necessary.
The watch measures 33.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs.
The screw-on case back is stainless steel.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and a date display at 6 o’clock. This is an early form of quickset date where the hands are repeatedly moved backwards and forwards between midnight and 8.30pm until the desired date is reached.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a later Rotary presentation box.
