The stone is secured in a four claw yellow gold collet daisy motif nestled into the split shoulders, leading to a slender yellow gold shank. A beautiful sapphire in a truly remarkable ring.

Accompanied by a sapphire report from Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) stating the sapphire shows no indication of heating, and is Sri Lankan (Ceylon) in origin.
Cut – Cushion cut.
Clarity – Eye-clean.

Carat – The sapphire is 1.82.
Circa – 1905.

Measurements – The sapphire is 8.0 x 6.6mm. Sits 5.7mm from the finger.
