Large Antique English Walnut Cigar Cabinet C.1880 - Cedar Lined Drawers

Description

A very grand large cigar cabinet or box made from warm cognac coloured Walnut with panelled doors to the front.

Once opened, the three drawers are revealed with solid cast brass handles each opening to in turn reveal cedar lined interiors to keep the tobacco moist. The top drawer is without the divider to allow for a larger sized cigar, the interior measuring 8 3/4" wide x 6"; the two lower drawers have removable dividers the interior of each section measuring 4 1/4" x 6".

Excellent condition with working key (one tiny old corner repair to top) and re-French polished to enhance it's beauty. The footprint measures 18" wide x 11" deep and the cabinet standing 14" tall.
