19th Century Elm & Oak French Hall Bench

A large 19th-century rustic elm and oak French hall bench. Originating from near Strasbourg in the Alsace region in northeastern France. Displaying a high carved back with four pierced splat backs, sloping arms, and a two-plank seat. Raised on turned legs circa 1880. a remarkable bench that has aged and weathered over the years to present a lovely patina. Ideal for use in both an interior setting or an exterior covered area.
