An antique Victorian sterling silver tray which is oval shape in design with a plain body, a deep gallery with attractive pierced decoration, gadroon detailing around the borders, inset side handles and resting on a flat base. This wonderful silver tray has been made to a very high standard and would look decorative on the table as well as being practical to use.
Height: 6 cms (2.4'')
Length: 56.3 cms (22.2'')
Width: 35.6 cms (14'')
Weight: 71.9 troy ounces (2,236 grams)
It was hallmarked in London for 1899 by C.F. Hancock & Co. and remains in excellent condition.
