Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The four tiers supported by ring turned and shaped uprights, the lower tier with a frieze drawer.
The drawer with a cock beaded edge, and a pair of ringed and turned knob handles.
The whole raised up on ringed and tapered feet, finished with brass cup castors.
A very good colour and patination.
