Description

Small antique silver Omega pocket watch, c1910.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, identified as by Omega, which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some short scratches from where it has been opened in the past.

The watch measures 40mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop, so smaller than a standard pocket watch which measures 50mm diameter. The case is 935 silver, so slightly purer than sterling silver, and there are Continental hallmarks inside both of the case backs. The inside of the back cover also has the early Omega logo. The case is in good condition, just a hint of unevenness to the back, nothing too serious at all.

The acrylic lens is in lovely condition.

The dial has a couple of hairline cracks.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
