Antique Mahogany Bow Front Chest of Drawers

A neatly proportioned antique mahogany bow front chest of drawers. The beautiful antique mahogany chest has an arrangement of two short over two long drawers, each fitted with decorative brass backplates and drop handles. The antique chest of drawers has a decorative apron to the front and is raised on splayed feet. A rather charming example.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the front, top and sides (pictured). There are minor losses to the veneer at the top (pictured), also to the drawers beading in places (pictured), however this doesn’t affect the overall integrity of the product. The antique mahogany bow front chest of drawers remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Overall, a neat example.
