Description

Gents Smiths Astral wrist watch, c1959.

The watch has a Smiths 17-jewel hand-winding movement, calibre 27CS, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 32mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The main body of the case is gold plated while the case back is stainless steel. The case is in good condition, as is the lens.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands and centre seconds hand with red detail. There is some light marking to the dial but not too detrimental.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
