The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
Originally there would have been a micro regulation addition to the regulator but this has been removed over the years, this does not affect how the movement works The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 51mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and has London import marks for 1918 with the importers mark for Arthur George Rendell. The case has a little unevenness to the back and some wear to the engine turned detail.
The glass lens is in nice condition.
The dial is in nice condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
