A 19th century mahogany bow fronted dressing/ writing table. The top, with satinwod banding with ebony and boxwood stringing , having a raised gallery, above a single drawer , arched kneehole, standing on square tapering legs with spade feet. The table has inlaid decoration on the drawer and kneehole, the swan neck handles are not original as it appears to have had knobs originally. A useful piece of furniture that could also be used as a side table. English/Irish Circa 1860.
The writing height is 76 cm.
