Item Ref; M-4540
DIMENSIONS:
Height – 197cm / Width – 114.5cm / Depth – 57cm
CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and dents to the front and sides (pictured), also splits to the right side of the chest (pictured). There is evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. There are minor losses to the cupboard beading and honest repairs to the cornice (pictured), however this doesn’t affect the overall integrity of the product. The antique walnut linen press cupboard remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Complete with working lock and key. Overall, a good example of a 19th century linen press cupboard.
