Antique Mahogany Bow Fronted Chest of Drawers

An attractive early 19th century antique mahogany bow fronted chest of drawers. The antique mahogany bow fronted chest has an arrangement of two short over three long graduating drawers, each with polished wooden knobs. The antique chest of drawers has decorative reeded corners and is raised on four turned feet. A particularly lovely example, with wonderful colour and grain throughout.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and splits to the top and sides (pictured), further scratches, stains and fading to the front (pictured). There are minor losses to the drawers beading in places, also losses to the beading at both sides (pictured). The antique mahogany bow fronted chest of drawers remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Overall, a good example of its kind.
